Golden Houses Developments project a staggering £80 million turnover by 2020

Golden Houses Developments, the UK-based construction business specialising in high-end residential projects, is expecting to triple its turnover throughout the next five years and exceed £80 million by 2020.

Building the impressive foundations from 2014, where the turnover was £4 million. This year, the projected figure is £11 million - remarkable for a business that was formed just four years ago and has grown year on year ever since.

Nothing is subcontracted at Golden Houses Developments, which is key to the company’s growth. With a team of 105 loyal employees, they understand each other and work closely together to solve problems as they arise. Golden Houses Developments needs only four people to manage its sites. This results in lower costs, making the company’s homes a more attractive proposition for the client.
Reflecting on yet another busy year, Monika Slowikowska, founder of Golden Houses Developments, said, “Housing is a big driver of the UK economy. When businesses like ours do well, it’s a good sign for the country as a whole. Even better, we’re expecting further growth in the months and years ahead.”
One of very few construction companies led by a woman, Golden Houses Developments focuses on solutions, not problems. It brings unrivalled skill, professionalism and integrity to its work and simplifies the building process through clever design and attention to detail. The company’s can-do attitude, ability to solve problems during construction and exquisite final product has earned Golden Houses Developments an unmatched reputation among clients and architects.

Monika’s unique approach was recognised by the 2015 Women in Construction & Engineering Awards. She was named as a finalist in the Best Woman Contractor category.

In 2015, Golden Houses Developments worked with George Clarke, presenter of Channel 4’s hit television show, Amazing Spaces, taking on the challenge to build houses and flats in seven weeks.
