ASO Safety Solutions spent nine months developing the latest ASO Plug ’N’ Sense System for safety edges, which has cut installation time and provides the most effective self‐assembly safety edge system of its kind on the market.

 There is no need for costly glue sets anymore as the system uses a sophisticated plug connection that has its own expanding sealant with clip-on caps to complete the construction.

 It now takes as little as two minutes to self‐as­semble a safety edge ready for fitting, helping gate installations meet key requirements for Safety Cat­egory 3 according to BS EN Standards & Machinery Directive guidelines.
