Novoferm and Cardale will operate as Novoferm UK Ltd but both brands will be retained. Cardale excels at special sizes, quick turnaround, special colours, UK popular designs, UK popular materials. Novoferm excels at sectional doors in many different designs and finishes and volume production of standard sized doors.
The combination of these two businesses will be a formidable player in the UK Garage Door Market.
The business will be headed jointly by Steve Hobbs and Jeremy Baker who both remain shareholders as will Novoferm Group in this new Joint Venture.“This Joint Venture offers real alternatives to the UK market. The JV will be greater than the sum of its parts.” States Steve Hobbs joint MD.
