The Yeovil–based Garage door manufacturer employs 80 people and the longest serving member of staff has currently been working with the company for 50 years.
Simon Hipgrave, managing director of Garador says he is extremely proud that the company is made up of such a hard-working and loyal team.

“As a major local employer it is important to us that we look after our staff and with the average member of the team staying with us for 18 years – we must be doing something right!”
“Once a member of staff has been with us for 25 years, they are awarded with a £250 cash bonus to thank them for their loyalty to the company. It doesn’t seem that our team need much encouragement to stay with us though: Our longest serving member of staff in the factory has been with us for nearly 42 years whilst on the management side of the business, one member of the team has been with us for half a decade!”
