From 1st July, under the Construction Products Regulation (CPR), it became mandatory for manufacturers, distributors and importers to provide a Declaration of Performance (DoP) document for all CE marked construction products that are covered by a harmonised European Standard. Put simply - without the DoP, which declares the certification criteria, the CE mark is rendered invalid.
