JCM RadioBand: The first radio safety system for automatic doors and gates.

The Radioband safety system has evolved over time, along with client needs and door types. As such, JCM currently have a Radioband system that is compatible with any type of safety edge: resistive, optical, or mechanical.
Also available is the CAPTIVE (NO TOUCH) solution, a system with a safety edge that includes contact-free obstacle detection. Security is guaranteed by the Radioband system, with its NO TOUCH capacitive technology acting as an ideal forewarning to avoid collision. In this case, it is no longer necessary to install photocells, leading to huge cost savings and simpler assembly.
The Radioband system only requires a transmitter to be installed on the inside part of the door, the receiver that connects to the control panel and a safety edge on the door's profile.
Installation is fast and comfortable. Since it is via radio, it requires no wires, thus avoiding all problems related to wear, breakage and missing connections suffered by heavily-used doors. And its easy programming guarantees fine-tuning in just a few short minutes.
The RadioBand transmitter and receiver are constantly connected. If communication is interrupted, the door only works in Dead Man mode, thus guaranteeing safety and door operation.
Moreover, the RadioBand system meets current safety regulations for automatic doors and gates in Europe and America.
