Securefast are pleased to announce the launch of their newly designed website www.securefast.co.uk. Along with a new look, a host of new and exciting features have been included that will make visiting the site easier and more interactive.
Starting with customer feedback back in 2020, Securefast set out to produce a website which made specifying the correct product quickly and easily, whilst still maintaining the high level of information and support Securefast are known for.
During the ongoing COVID pandemic the previous ecommerce website received record demand, which solidified the need for a new updated site offering more facilities to the customer. The new website will allow the user full flexibility to specify, quote and order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
With stock of over 8,000 product lines, ordering from Securefast has never been easier. Orders placed on-line by a Securefast account holder, can be dispatched on the same working day to anywhere in the UK, plus orders over £150 qualify for free of charge next day carriage on the UK mainland.
The site will only show prices to our customers who have logged into the site with their password. In addition, it will also show the account holder their net prices and account details such as product history and account statement.
Visitors logging onto the company’s website, can access the full range of Securefast products, view high resolution images, download the associated datasheet, technical drawing and fire test details.
The new website also gives better access to expertise and services, with news, case studies and technical support sections, as well as integrated social media buttons for Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram and YouTube to allow improved communication with customers.
