Hörmann UK have launched an online site to register sectional garage doors which qualify for Secured by Design (SBD) accreditation.
The site, which features the Hörmann Alone theme recently promoted through social media and email shots, provides information on the SBD scheme, and includes a simple registration system.
To be valid for SBD accreditation, Hörmann LPU 42 and LPU 67 automated sectional doors must be:
- Registered with Hörmann
- Installed behind the opening
- Combined with a Hörmann operator
- Unmodified and not include any glazing options or external handles
- Fitted after 01.05.2021
