On Tuesday 4th March 2014 AM Group company Industrial Door Engineering Ltd (IDE) acquired Nassau Industrial Doors Limited (Nassau) based at Stoke-on-Trent, England. The deal sees Martin Burke (Managing Director of IDE) and Owen Wiseman (Managing Director of AM Group Pty Ltd) join Terry Salmon (Managing Director of Nassau) as Directors of the company moving forwards.
Nassau has been a successful player in the commercial and industrial door market within the United Kingdom for over 24 years. Nassau has a strong reputation for the supply and installation of industrial sectional overhead doors, roller shutters, fire rated roller shutters, high speed doors, hinged metal doors and other industrial door products. Nassau also provides a dedicated repair and maintenance service to a broad client base across the whole of the UK. Nassau will retain its name reflecting its strong brand recognition and market presence.
