IronmongeryDirect adds two new security products to its range

IronmongeryDirect has added two new security products to its range for securing against or restricting forced access through doors.

The first product is a door jammer, ideal as an additional or temporary security measure and the other a door restricter which stops forced entry whilst allowing partial opening of the door.

Door Jammer

This is a unique and innovative security aid that can be used to jam the door shut from the inside.

It’s easy to fit to most doors and release quickly in an emergency.

This one-off product is ideal as a temporary security measure if a lock can’t be secured by a locksmith, or even as just an additional security measure.

Door Restrictor

The door restrictor is a great product for adding some extra security to a door, stopping anyone from being able to force their way in.

It’s really simple to fit and use and is ideal for the likes of elderly or even if you have children in the house.

It has been designed for use with multipoint locks and handles on uPVC and composite doors and frames.
