AlluGuard recently held an exclusive open day at its new manufacturing facility at SWS UK’s premises in Lancashire.
This was the first such event since the company’s relocation.
The open day provided AlluGuard customers with the opportunity to tour the impressive new production site, learn about the company’s latest investments and engage directly with the AlluGuard team.
A highlight of the event was the tour, which showcased AlluGuard’s state-of-the-art production methods.
Visitors could see firsthand how the company’s popular AlluGuard 77 and AlluGuard 55 garage door models are processed and manufactured.
The tour also included a demonstration of AlluGuard’s remarkable new Rollformer - the only 77mm slat rolling machine of its kind in the UK.
Capable of producing 15-20 meters of slats per minute, the Rollformer represents AlluGuard’s most significant investment to date and has a production capacity of 80 curtains per day.
Attendees also met with AlluGuard’s long-serving regional sales manager, Matthew Berry and the company’s newly appointed account manager, Dave Lucas.
Both were on hand to provide personalised assistance and build on AlluGuard’s renowned one-on-one customer service.
Live Demonstrations
Adding to the day’s activities was a series of technical demonstrations covering the latest controls and troubleshooting tips for overcoming on-site problems.
The day also served as an opportunity to highlight AlluGuard’s recent brand refresh and the availability of extensive marketing resources to support customers.
Tutorials on the company’s online ordering system were also provided, empowering attendees to make the most of AlluGuard’s digital tools.
Speaking of the event, Matthew Berry said:
“The open day was a highly anticipated milestone, marking AlluGuard’s progress since its last customer-facing gathering.
“We hope the day gave attendees valuable insights into AlluGuard’s products, capabilities and our commitment to our customers.
“We were delighted that so many could attend and are already looking forward to welcoming customers to future events.”
