Five Star Training from Hörmann UK

Professional training for their partners and dealers has always been a key objective for Hörmann UK and since the launch of their Training Academy in 2019 the company has been providing the best training courses available in the market.

As part of the regular feedback obtained from attendees, the company has consistently seen their training sessions scored at a 5-star standard and received positive comments regarding the value of the courses and the professional trainers.

The feedback obtained over the first quarter of 2024 shows that 100% of the attendees would recommend a Hörmann training course to their colleagues, with 97% strongly agreeing that the training staff were very knowledgeable.

Hörmann offers a comprehensive programme of one and two-day training sessions covering both the domestic and industrial markets, with all courses provided free of charge to their dealers and partners.

Installation courses are provided for the complete range of both Hörmann garage and entrance doors, with sales and product training also offered for the domestic installer.

Industrial training covers the installation of the full range of industrial doors and dock levellers with a new Industrial sales and product training course just recently launched.

In-person training courses are also supported by a range of training videos covering the commonly faced issues which are available on the Hörmann UK YouTube channel.
