For over 30 years the Marlene Reid Centre in Coalville has been supporting local families at Christmas time with their Christmas Toy Appeal which provides children and young adults with a large sack of toys to open on Christmas day.
As part of its commitment to support local charities, industrial and garage door manufacturer Hörmann UK has donated a wide selection of toys.

The Marlene Reid Centre is a non-profit charity organisation and community hub which provides support to individuals and families within the surrounding area. The Centre provides a foodbank, well-being advice, mental health support, community transport and a place to meet.
Every year they support hundreds of local families with their Christmas Toy Appeal, who are referred to the organisation by agencies working within North-West Leicestershire.
The toys were selected from an Amazon wish list and delivered to the Centre by Bella Kemp and Grace Hopkinson from the Hörmann Marketing team who helped select the charity and coordinate the donation.
