Chris Windust joins Gilgen Door Systems UK as Operations Director


Gilgen Door Systems UK (GDUK) is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Windust as Operations Director. In this role, he will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to GDUK’s National Service Operation, ensuring the company’s excellent service levels are maintained to support its sales growth within the UK automatic and industrial door market.

With extensive experience working at director level, Chris has a distinguished 20+ year track record of driving growth in highly competitive market sectors, including manufacturing, retail and healthcare. He was formally part of the management team at a national supplier of materials handling equipment where he delivered significant performance improvement to the business.

Commenting on this addition to the GDUK management team, David Cerquella, Managing Director, says:  
‘Chris has a very impressive track record and a wealth of practical experience. I am sure he will be a significant asset to GDUK’s management team and is joining us at exactly the right time to help drive the operational elements of the UK business.’
