Garador Launches New 4 Button Hand Transmitters

Garador have recently launched a new 4 button micro hand transmitter, for use on its GaraMatic 9, GaraMatic 10 and GaraMatic 20 operators. With a GaraMatic operator, homeowners can have a fully automatic garage door

The new hand transmitters aren’t just nice to look at; they are functional too, giving a user the ability to operate up to four doors with just one hand transmitter.

Simon Hipgrave, Managing Director of Garador comments:
“These new hand transmitters have been really popular with our customers, as they let them control up to four different doors, whereas the previous version of the hand transmitter, which only had 2 buttons, could only control up to 2 different doors.”

Sometimes it’s the simplest things that really make a difference and the new smaller size of this hand transmitter has some really practical benefits. It lets homeowners put the hand transmitter on a keyring so they won’t forget it.

Simon continues “the other useful aspect to the four button design is it is smaller than our other handsets and fits neatly on a keyring. So you can carry it with your car keys or just keep it loose in your pocket”

Garador now offer two types of finish on its hand transmitters; a gloss surface finish and a matt surface finish. The 4-button micro version comes in an understated matt black textured surface finish, which is hard wearing.

Furthermore, it uses 868 MHz high frequency signals to communicate with the garage door operator and rolling code technology whereby the signal code changes each time it is used. This ensures no one can copy the signal and gain access into your garage.

The new Garador hand transmitters also feature bi-directional FM radio signals that use the same 128 bit encryption often employed by banks for online banking security.
