Video support from GfA UK Ltd

In a bid to make technical support and product details more readily available GfA UK Ltd has launched a You Tube video channel.

The 20 short videos on the channel provide technical advice and support for setting up GfA products and help with fault diagnostics.

“The videos are designed to provide support for fitters and maintenance engineers as well as provide information on the range of GfA products and product features,” explains GfA UK Managing Director Andrew Collett.

“The videos tackle everything from setting the maintenance counter on GfA TS Control Panel to choosing a safety device and understanding various fault codes.”

Members of the GfA technical team, Robert Booth and Howard Weaver, identified the most common product settings and commissioning questions from customers. The videos tackle these points – putting a GfA technical expert in your pocket (via a web enabled mobile and the GfA You Tube channel).

You can view the Tech Tips playlist of 13 short videos here.
