New Finishes make Astra Closers the Designers Choice

Astra’s 3000 series of fully-controlled concealed door closers already trump overhead closers in terms of aesthetic appeal. Now a new range of finishes make the Astra 3000 Series the perfect choice for any design style.

Astra concealed closers offer architects, designers and specifiers the opportunity to create doors that are fully compliant with standards, fire regulations and accessibility requirements with a sleek minimalist look that makes overhead closers look rather clunky in comparison. Quite simply, concealed closers look better – in fact they are not visible at all when the door is closed.

Now Astra’s best-selling 3000 Series closers are available in a new range of finishes to match any interior design or hardware scheme. Bronze closers – both dark and light – fit perfectly with the hottest ironmongery trend of the last few years, while a new antique brass finish will perfectly complement more traditional design styles. In addition, Astra 3000 Series closers can be supplied in any RAL colour, making them a perfect adjunct to corporate design suites.

The Astra concealed Series 3000 door closers were conceived to retain the clean design lines with full adjustability, and enough power to handle heavier, wider doors. This adjustability – the only one of its kind on the market – helps specifiers to achieve doors which comply with the Equality Act 2010, Building Regs and PAS 24 for entrance doors and the RRO for fire doors.

Lancashire-based Astra can demonstrate many years experience in the sector and carries out all of its own R&D in-house. It exports its British door closers all across the globe via a network of distributors and partner companies.
