Door Industry Journal Publish their Biggest Ever Issue - Read it Online Now!

After almost two months in the making we are proud to have finally published our biggest ever issue ever, so a big thank you goes out to all our advertisers and contributors for their support in putting this together.

You can read this bumper issue online at www.dijonline.co.uk now, or wait a few days until printed copies start dropping on to subscribers' doormats up and down the country and as far away as the USA and Taiwan!

We’re leading this issue, on page 6, with a preview of the upcoming R+T show in Stuttgart. As it’s probably the biggest event in the industry, you may well be thinking of attending or exhibiting – so do have a read.

Here’s some more highlights:

Page 10 features a fascinating history of our advisory partner, the Door and Hardware Federation, which celebrates its 120th anniversary this year.

There’s a must-read article on page 29 for anyone with a mobile workforce. This looks at how Complete Shutter Services from Sheffield is using cloud-based technology to manage field staff.

On page 61 we ‘LED it shine’ with a piece on the new garage lighting kit from Teckentrup.

On page 86, you can learn about the new high-speed doors - supplied and installed by Rowland Door Services - at Porsche’s new Glasgow dealership.

If you fancy sharing in the sales success of aluminium gate specialist Horizal, you can find out how to join their team of “Portaliers” on page 96.

P107 features a report on the new AluGlide Bi-Fold doors from JD (UK) Ltd.

On page 112 you can read how hardware specialist Winkhaus is helping door set suppliers comply with both security and fire regulations.

And the feature on page 118 examines how door closers from Samuel Heath can improve fire safety – a vital message after recent tragic events in the social housing sector.

Publicity Opportunities for 2018:

Finally, if you act quickly you can save on advertising rates for our 2018 issues.

Book before January 15th to secure 2017 rates - see our 2018 media pack at www.dijonline.co.uk for full details.

After the 15th rates will rise and a new pack will be published, containing some interesting publicity opportunities specifically for SMEs.

Our thanks, as ever, go to all our readers, advertisers and contributors for your support this year. We look forward to keeping our readers engaged and assisting companies of all sizes with their publicity requirements in 2018.
