Accessed through the Dealer Forum on the Hörmann website, the iHAAS system has been designed and developed to enable users to configure and price any Hörmann garage door, prepare a customer quotation and then convert the quote into an order which can then be automatically sent through to Hörmann for processing.
The 5-minute video takes users through a simple process, showing how an existing quotation is prepared for ordering, with individual dealer prices and the latest product specifications automatically applied to the order ready for each item to be added to the shopping basket.
Orders placed via the iHAAS system are acknowledged and confirmed by email within 15 minutes of placing and then processed in the usual manner by the Hörmann internal sales team.
