Setting up the U200 couldn’t be simpler. It boasts two distinct communication methods.
Bluetooth is used for close-range setup and configuration and Thread is used for longer-range connection to a compatible Hub or Gateway, allowing remote management of the Smart Lock.
This is further enhanced by the temporary passcode feature, making the U200 a powerhouse for access control of short-term rental properties.
Taking this a step further, Matter-over-Thread support allows the U200 to be adopted into numerous existing Smart Home ecosystems such as Apple Home, Google Home and Amazon Alexa, dramatically increasing the scope of use for many end-users.
