There was a lot of hot stuff at Garador recently! The employees turned their hands to cooking and baking to provide food for a charity fundraising morning at the company’s Yeovil based factory.
The variety of produce was the biggest yet, from the traditional chocolate cakes and flapjacks to special sponges and even pizza pinwheels and an intriguing biscuit called Auzzie Crunch.
“Some staff provided bought cakes as well which added an extra professional touch” said Garador’s Managing Director, Neil Discombe.
“It all certainly made coffee break very special, and even better the event raised nearly £300,” he added.
The money raised is being donated to MacMillan Cancer Support, a charity Garador supports every year.
