Hörmann launch LPU 42 PremiumPlus - Sectional Garage Doors for coastal installations

The new LPU 42 PremiumPlus from Hörmann is a sectional garage door introduced specifically for installations in maritime and coastal areas.

The door has been developed to provide enhanced protection against high moisture and salt content in the air, together with the challenging weather conditions typical of coastal climates.

Designed to strengthen the long-lasting qualities of the Hörmann LPU 42 range of sectional doors, measures to increase the corrosion protection of the PremiumPlus include an end-coated door leaf and a premium frame with door hardware, tracks and connection rails being powder coated in Grey white (RAL 9002).

To improve sealing between the section transitions and in the ribbing area, doors with S, M and D-ribbing have additional ribbed filler profiles. 

PremiumPlus is available for all LPU 42 sectional garage doors in Woodgrain, Slategrain and Silkgrain surface finishes.
