NSI invitation to DHF members

As part of the strengthening partnerships between the DHF and NSI, we are extending an invitation for all DHF members who install and maintain powered gates and barriers to attend the NSI Summit - an exclusive event for NSI approved companies and stakeholders.

The Summit will take place on Thursday 22nd March at the Vox Conference Centre in Birmingham where there will be an opportunity for DHF members to meet with NSI industry experts to discuss the NSI approval process.

NSI’s Gold and Silver certification schemes are based on the DHF code of practice (TS 011:2018), a code with which all members of the DHF are familiar. Becoming NSI approved is an opportunity for DHF installers to show your clients that you have been independently audited against the DHF code of practice.

Approved gates installers can issue clients with a Certificate of Compliance for their gate or barrier demonstrating due diligence in owning and operating a safe installation. Independent certification will help you to develop a pathway for continuous improvement between the auditing cycles.

DHF members benefit from a 20% discount on NSI Gold and Silver certification scheme and administration in the first year*.

The Summit will also feature a range of speakers including Heads of Security from high profile organisations such as the Aston University and Jaguar Land Rover and sessions that explain the value and practical steps in implementing apprenticeship programmes in the security sector.
